Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within the stated return window.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Time Limits

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund. In special circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email our Client Services team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await confirmation and detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Provide tracking information once dispatched.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper care.
