5. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue.
  • Late payments may incur interest at a rate permitted by applicable law.
  • ASHENCHECKPOINT reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and professional nature of our services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds, if any, are granted at the sole discretion of ASHENCHECKPOINT and will consider work completed, resources allocated, and contractual terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASHENCHECKPOINT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with contractual provisions. Upon termination:

  • Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
  • All outstanding invoices become immediately due.

9. Confidentiality

ASHENCHECKPOINT respects the confidential nature of client information and will not disclose proprietary or sensitive materials except as required by law or with written consent. Clients likewise agree not to disclose proprietary methodologies or materials provided by ASHENCHECKPOINT.

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which ASHENCHECKPOINT is registered. Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within that jurisdiction.

ASHENCHECKPOINT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on ashencheckpoint.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
